UK Mainland sample requests are dispatched within 2-3 days with DPD Nextday delivery. International sample requests take 4-7 days.

FAQs
Delivery Policy
All orders placed before 2pm on the day of order will qualify for next working day delivery service, if the minimum order value requirement is met. Orders placed after the 2pm cut-off will be processed the following day. This is subject to the following conditions:
DPD Local (UK Mainland)*
Orders over 2kg will be fulfilled by DPD Local. If your order is under £100.00 (ex.VAT) these consignments will be charged at £5.95. If you order is over £100.00 (ex.VAT) delivery is FREE. Orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
DPD (Scottish Highlands)*
Orders over 2kg will be fulfilled by DPD. If your order is under £100.00 (ex.VAT) these consignments will be charged at £12.95. If you order is over £100.00 (ex.VAT) delivery is FREE. Orders will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
DPD (Northern Ireland)*
All orders will be fulfilled by DPD Air Freight and will be charged at £20.95 per delivery. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Special Deliveries*
Next day (AM) deliveries and Saturday deliveries are available to Mainland UK postcodes only for a premium charge of £12.95 ex.VAT. Please select your preferred service when completing the checkout process.
Returns Policy
We will accept the return of goods fit for sale on their return (as they were on delivery). The return must be confirmed in writing prior to the goods being collected or dispatched and a 20% handling & re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund made (unless the goods were defective when delivered).
You must notify us of any items you would like to return within 14 working days from receipt of order. There will also be a minimum collection charge of £20+VAT for us to arrange collection for any unwanted items.
